The winner of the Space Marathon was Yuriy Rusyuk from the city of Lutsk, who ran a distance of 21.1 km in 1.10 minutes.
Whole teams had the opportunity to compete for the victory, because the organizers also planned a corporate race - 2.48 km. Small Zhytomyr residents of different age groups also competed among themselves. Sports competitions gathered people from different cities of Ukraine.
"Svobodna Energia" company, as a sponsor of the competition, received thanks from Zhytomyr City Hall: "For sponsorship and partnership in the organization of sports events."
We hope that this marathon will become a traditional competition in Zhytomyr and we support the words of the winner Yuriy Rusyuk: "It is very nice that such races are appearing in our Ukraine, it is very gratifying. Now not only Europe is running, but also Ukraine, and it's massive."
